Who Am I to Help You?
Hi, I am Emma McAtasney, I've been a Metabolic Health Coach specialising in women's health since 2015.
I began coaching because I just hated seeing my Pilates clients working hard at the wrong things. Often caught in the cycle of yo-yo dieting and feeling defeated by their body's inability to shed stubborn pounds.
While coaching clients I noticed there was always a small population who seem to be doing everything right and still couldn't lose body fat. So, I returned to education to learn more on hormonal balance, metabolic health, and sustainable weight management.
That is when I discovered that if your body is dealing with hormonal or metabolic changes, even the best programme won't get to the root of the issue and bring incredible results!
