What is an intro call?
It’s a free, 30 minute call (via Zoom) to get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit!
On the call:
- We’ll chat about your relationship with food and your body, and what your goals are.
- I’ll tell you if I think we’d be a good fit, and if everything sounds good, we’ll get you signed up for your first session!
