The fitness world likes to sell. Meal plans, workout plans, must take supplements and superfoods (remember goji berries?) and the latest diet/meal plan etc based on the latest research. It makes it seem like if you just buy the right information, you will achieve the physique you want.

Coaching is not about developing a nutrition and workout plan and coaching you on how to follow that in our time together. Instead, my aim is that you finish coaching with improved skills around health and fitness which you carry onward throughout your life. It’s more on the how you implement than the what you implement.
With my approach, although we do talk about food and exercise, we also talk about self-care, coping skills, mental health, exercise, sleep, boundaries, and more to create a real mindset shift that serves you.

Meet Emma
I’m Emma, the founder of Vitality Pilates & Wellness with over 15+ years experience in personal training, wholefood nutrition, meal planning and wellness coaching. I began wellness coaching in 2015 because I hated seeing my Pilates clients working hard but not seeing results which equalled their effort.
After I studied Metabolic Health, I began focusing on helping my clients to stop viewing their body as a simple math equation (subtract diet and add exercise) and started treating it like the complex chemistry set that it is.
When you build your Metabolic Health, all the core health and fitness strategies are so much more powerful and effective, which means when you work hard, you see results!
Now, I coach women on women breaking free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting, all or nothing thinking, and hours of wasted time on trends which aren’t effective.
I give my clients peace of mind to know that they are nurturing their metabolism, building muscle, dropping body fat, and feeling in control of their energy, their appetite and their health.

Who is this programme for?
My Coaching Package is for busy women who are ready, willing, and are seriously motivated to make the changes that will take them to where they want to be. Growing isn’t easy, but it’s always worth it. And I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.

You’ll be disappointed if you’re looking for a quick fix. Slow changes are real changes. It takes time to develop and stick to new habits. Losing weight and keeping it off (or any other health/wellness goal for that matter) requires adjusting your mindset and finding new approaches to your lifestyle. That isn’t something that’s going to happen overnight.
How long does the programme take?
I recommend a minimum of three months. Significant weight, health, and overall lifestyle goals that take time to work through. But many coaching clients stay on long term the way my Pilates clients do. Just like they have their Wednesday evening class as a physical check in, you’ll have your Tuesday coaching check in.
Can I upgrade once I’ve started the programme?
Of course you can! Currently this group are the only clients who can book 1:1 coaching sessions. My 1:1 coaching calendar is available inside the programme.
What is your refund policy?
I don’t offer refunds. My suggestion to you is that we schedule a Compatibility Call and make sure that the Flourish Programme is the right fit for you. You can cancel your membership at any time.
