The Programme is delivered entirely online. Each week you’ll receive a new principle with carefully curated material including meal planners, recipes and resources so you can quickly and easily introduce sustainable healthy habits. We’ll build upon the previous principles with each week, and by the end of the programme you’ll have an incredible wellness blueprint tailored especially for busy mums.

Week One: Your Wellness Foundation

During the first week of the programme we will set up Your Wellness Foundation! You will begin with evaluating where you are now, identify your “why” to set yourself up for success, establish your mindset for success and create a clear plan of action together!

Week Two: The Food

This week is all about establishing a baseline level of healthy eating. This is not fat loss focused (that is next week), this is about eating enough macro and micro nutrients so life and motherhood does not deplete us.

Week Three: Fat Loss

This week is all about creating what your body needs for fat loss. You'll begin by considering if you are ready both physically and mentally. Then incorporating some simple dietary strategies for fat loss which are easy to incorporate into the previous weeks approach.

Week Four: Metabolism

Time to learn how to work with your body so your metabolism does all the heavy lifting for you. You will learn all about the health factors beyond food which optimise your metabolism so your can really accelerate your fat loss and maintain it for life!

Week Five: Movement and Active Living

Let's get moving! This week is all about making exercise a habit and creating a plan that works for your lifestyle and therefore you can stick to. Exercise must be enjoyable!

Week Six: The Power of Sleep

Getting a good night's sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health and well-being. And it is one which mums tend to need the most! This week covers strategies to boost your sleep no matter how much you are getting right now.

Week Seven: Stress Management

Stress affects everything: mood, skin, digestive system, metabolism, immune system … so it’s crucial to manage this element of wellness. We can’t just get rid of stress – it’s part of life. I'll teach you how to build stress management techniques into your day – no matter how busy you are.

Week Eight: Hormone Health

Often the real key to losing body fat, gaining energy, and improving mood lies with your hormones. This week covers effective strategies for balancing hormones (3 dietary strategies & 3 non-dietary strategies).

Week Nine: Gut Health

Let's heal your gut! A properly functioning gastrointestinal system is critical for overall health and well-being. Healing your gut boosts your immune system, balances your hormones (both stress and sex) and improves your blood sugar tolerance.

Week Ten: Food and Mood

This week we will explore the connection between food and mood and help you curb emotional eating and eat more mindfully. We will also explore how nutrition deficiencies play a role in mood.

Week Eleven: Self Care in Action

Discover what is truly possible for you as a mum when you start to prioritise self care, and attend to your WHOLE self mentally, physically and spiritually. This week we will create a self care plan catered to your needs.

Week Twelve: Plan your Next Chapter

As with any journey, it’s important to look back and reflect as well as look forward towards your goals. During this final week, it's time to celebrate, review your progress, and make plans for what’s going to come next in your life!

Hi, I am Emma McAtasney, I earned my credentials through Precision Nutrition. the world leader in nutrition education for fitness professionals. Precision Nutrition regularly improves their curriculum based on the latest in nutrition, exercise, and psychology research. Their mission is research-driven, life-changing nutrition coaching for everyone.

In addition, I hold the Burrell Education Pre and Postnatal certifications. What is different about Precision Nutrition (my education provider)?

Precision Nutrition is a habit based (or practice-based) client-centred coaching methodology based on change psychology. There is no meal plan, food “rules” or branded supplements/shakes to purchase. A practice/habit-based programme is more effective and has longer-lasting effects than typical diets or lifelong calorie counting.

This approach means that you develop new skills and make permanent positive changes for lifelong healthy eating. The small, doable steps – done consistently – will bring about transformative change in your body and your mindset.

However, not everyone knows how to do this effectively. Through my Precision Nutrition training I will guide you steadily and successfully through this process and toward the healthy lifestyle and fit body you desire.

How long does the programme take?

Through the years, I’ve found that three months is the absolute minimum timeframe for  effective, meaningful growth with some clients requiring the longer package if they have significant weight, health, and overall lifestyle goals that take time to work through. I set these time frames because transforming your health and body composition is not an overnight fix. Many of my clients continue working with me for longer once they reach their maintenance stage!

Can I upgrade or extend my package once we’ve started working together?

Of course you can! There’s always the option to add extra bonus features to your programme for an additional price. And we can always extend our work together past the original outline. Just let me know what you have in mind and I’ll make it happen.

What is your refund policy?
