Prenatal Series: Birth Preparation Flow, Home Workout Video

I created this video for my Pregnancy Pilates clients for their last six weeks of pregnancy to help prepare their pelvis for birth. It accompanies my Birth Preparation Guide. Please excuse the dodgy lighting, awkward edits and low volume in places. And how awful is that screenshot! I’m hoping that with practise it will get better.
