Studio

  • All clients must complete and return a health form prior to attending classes or courses.
  • You must inform the instructor teaching you if you have any injuries or issues from session to session, prior to the session starting.
  • Please do not come to class if you are sick and/or have anything contagious.
  • No food is allowed to be eaten in the studio.

Payment

  • All group courses, workshops and private sessions MUST be paid for in advance to hold your place.
  • Course fees are non-transferable.

Cancellations

Twelve hours notice is required when cancelling private sessions. Where any appointment is cancelled within a twelve hour period, the full cost of the session will be charged in full. No exceptions. I understand that unexpected events happen but if you cancel or don’t show, my opportunity to be productive with my time is lost. I highly respect my time and I ask you to do the same.

Twenty-four hours notice must be given if you are cancelling a group course booking. €10 of the fee is non-refundable.

All private sessions and courses are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to cancel any class or course where there are fewer than four people registered. If this should happen, clients will be given reasonable advance notice and no charges will apply.

Prenatal and Postnatal Attendance

Any pregnant clients must attend specific prenatal classes for health and safety reasons and must have clearance from a health care professional to partake in classes. Clients must be 12 weeks or further along to join the prenatal courses.
Postnatal attendance is only suitable six weeks post delivery for vaginal births and twelve weeks for C-section, but you must have clearance from your doctor or midwife.
