Live Zoom Classes

Booking Details:

  • Online classes are taught using Zoom. Participants can be observed for corrections.
  • Classes are 8pm Irish time. Class is 1 hour long.
  • Fee: €10, payment is required in advance to secure a place.
  • Beginners welcome! Previous experience is not a requirement.
  • Spaces fill very quickly, so book in as early as possible.

Pilates Flow

Build core strength, flexibility and excellent posture.

LIVE Matwork classes in the comfort of your own home. Classes are adapted up to the level of participants attending. Expect a dynamic full body workout that will get your heart rate up with elements of Barre and yoga too. We will focus on alignment, breath and strength. You'll develop a firm, strong and more flexible body.


Barre Sculpt

The Precision of Pilates with the grace of classical ballet.

The Barre technique incorporates the precision of Pilates, with the positions, moves, and grace of classical ballet, and aims to target muscular strength, tone, rectify postural issues and address weight/inch loss while sculpting your entire physique.

The result is the recognizable Barre body, featuring defined arms, strong flat abdominals, a lifted behind, toned thighs and a more youthful body appearance!

For this class you will need an "at home barre" ie. a sturdy chair, kitchen counter or windowsill at waist height to steady yourself on, a mat and a pair of 1 or 2 kg hand weights.
