One to one Pilates apparatus sessions in my private Dundalk studio.

An ideal way for many people to learn Pilates is using the Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Wunda Chair and Tower). These sessions are suitable for everyone... complete beginners, experienced practitioners, men, women, throughout pregnancy and in the postpartum period and anyone returning to fitness after an injury or wanting to exercise with a condition that requires modification such as a slipped disc etc
