One to one Pilates apparatus sessions in my private Dundalk studio.

These sessions are suitable for everyone... complete beginners, experienced practitioners, men, women, throughout pregnancy and in the postpartum period and anyone returning to fitness after an injury or wanting to exercise with a condition that requires modification such as a herniated disc etc
